Xperia T- Phone Shuts Down/Goes Crazy when activating Mobile Data Traffic

Hi guys!
I own a Xperia T Android 4.3

Currently I've got a big problem.
Whenever I activate Mobile Data Traffic and enter Chrome for example..my phone shuts down. It keeps turning on and off and battery will drain fast and I can't control my phone!
The only way I can stop this is taking my SIM Card out of my phone and then deactivating my Mobile Data Traffic.

I've done a factory reset..but nothing changed.
What could it be ?
Could it be a problem with my SIM Card ?

Welcome to Android Central! The SIM card could be the issue--talk to your carrier and see if you can try a replacement SIM.

Also, try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
