Xperia Z3 Compact does not go to sleep mode, why?

Xperia Z3 Compact does not go to sleep mode

I tried everything...
factory reset with restoring apps via google
factory reset without any apps
using the phone without wifi/internet on at all

nothing works, always the same ****....

I go to sleep, I wake up and it's down from 100% to 70%

I have this phone almost a year and it never acted like that
