Y is my phone slow. It jumps from site to site its hot it stops sites and shutdown its hot its hard

It takes a while for me to do anything it is really slow even to write this. In the middle of anything it jumps from site to site texting or calling people. It shuts down sites. It won't charge the battery literally keeps coming on saying something. And it gets hot

What phone do you have? Have you been using RAM and speed booster apps? Because they are lying and this is what they do.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen in Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
