Hey guys I was just going through some folders trying to delete some things to free up space. I know what folders I can delete from, the Downloads folder, the Gallery, DCIM, My Documents, and the like, and what I can't delete from. Well I scroll all the way to the end and I see a folder that wasn't there before titled yamato. I'm not sure what it is. It was created on 12/9/2015 and I don't know if that's December 9th or September 12th. It contains 3 files, titled device (700B), policy_ver (14.00B), and VPN.db (28KB). I can't read them on the phone as the file type isn't supported. I'm wondering if anyone has seen these files before and if I'm able to delete to them. I know they're not big but I just don't know what the they and if they are something that shouldn't be on the phone then I'll delete it.

Nope. Never heard of either. I guess it's not a crucial file?

Is the exact directory /storage/emulated/0/yamato? Or is it /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/yamato?

Not sure if it's crucial or not. Do you ever use VPNs for any reason?

Well, the whole file is 0.028 of a MB. Why take a chance on deleting something so insignificant, but may cause an app or program to stop working?

/storage/emulated/0/yamato

And I don't think I uss VPNs... I only know that VPN means Virtual Private Network, right?

NodNerb, I also made a copy of the file to my SD card under a changed name under a file name copy of yamato

Had the same.
Rename ur files with extension txt, now u could read them. Seemingly sqllite table creation scripts.
I removed the folder without any pain. Also did not played the 'ninja' game or used vpn.
Greetings from nl.
