yellow on bottom half of screen

Hey guys I just picked up my new HTC one m8 and I love it! My only issue so far is the bottom left area of the screen seems to be a bit yellow. I've seen other people comment on yellow screen issues and say it's just the glue and it will go away. Is their anyone out there that has experienced this and found that the problem really does just go away? If so how long are we talking?

I recall my original One having something like that which went away. Most everyone says be patient with it because it happens in many types of phones.

I have the same issue in the same area, thought it was my eyes. Lol. My gfs phone had a yellow tint on the entire screen.

What's your plan of attack? Are you taking it back and swapping or waiting it out?

Personally, if it were me I would be returning it for a new one. I would not risk it being glue that will go away only to find out after the return period it is more than that and getting stuck with having to have it repaired or worse off having to settle with a refurbished phone as replacement.

Just curious.. not that a picture would work, but can someone try to take a picture of the yellow with another camera and post?

She exchanged hers and I haven't had a chance to look at it but she says the screen is fine... I don't want to examine it and find something wrong with it... she mostly exchanged hers because the volume rocker was loose.

I will be returning mine. I've had mine since launch day and its still has the yellow tint on the bottom left hand corner. I didnt know about the open enrollment for edge so I will be using that on one of my lines to get another M8.

I say exchange it!!!

Heey I've got the same problem. I have a samsung galaxy s6. One day I saw that the bottom of my screen seems a bit yellow. It's the same colour as the text areas below. Were the quotes are in. It's very annoying and I dont know what to do. Can someone help me? The phone is just 1 year old.
