I can pick up my phone tomorrow. I was getting worried because I had not heard from them,, and the guy who sold me the pre-order gift card said it didn't guarantee me a phone on launch day.

Best Buy said I can come in between 8am and 10pm to get mine.

Hmm... I'm #3 on the list at my store. I was just planning on stopping by tomorrow after work even though I haven't gotten a call. I figured they would be calling tomorrow anyways.

My only concern is them being sold out of cases (not a big deal, I prefer my phone naked but I think I will start off with a case anyways).

I got a call from my Radio Shack yesterday telling me that they just got their shipment in, 15 of them. He also told me that they have a demo unit and to come on in if I want to play with it. So I spend about an hour there messing with it and taking pics and stuff. I am the only person on the waiting list, and with 15 in stock, if the first one doesn't look right, we have a couple of others that I can pick from.

Huh, what? CalL from Sprint?

I did my pre-order weeks ago and no one has ever mentioned calling me to tell me my phone was ready and waiting. What's up with that? And if a pre-order doesn't guarantee a phone, does that mean that they will just sell all the phones to whoever walks in first on the 24th totally ignoring all the pre-orders?

Now THAT would be bad form.

Radio shack called me today there opening at 30 mins early at 9am and thats when I scheduled to come get it

Radio Shack called me at about 9:30 pm CST to tell me that my phone has arrived. They are opening an hour early tomorrow at 8:00 am, so I can pick it up then.

Funny because yesterday someone from that same store told me that they were not opening early.
