yet another battery question

So even after charging all night,when I remove it from the charger,the battery reads 99%. Then after only 3 minutes it goes down to 95 while just resting. My bolt would normally stay at 100 for at least an your. Any thoughts guys? Thanks

Mine never stayed a 100% for an hour. Initially it took a few weeks to read 100 on the stock batt. What you are describing has been normal for me.
