"You have Internet connection"

Can somebody please tell me why my phone, as of three days ago, shows a notification bubble that says "you have Internet connection"? It does this everyone I check phone and then 4-5 times after that. It's driving me nuts!

Go to Settings > Wifi ... click on the 3 dots in upper right of screen > in drop down menu, click on "Advanced"... Uncheck "Wifi Notifications".
