If you haven't gone through your apps since the 7.0 update you may want to. Everything that I had disabled after I first got the ZForce was turned back on again and VZ added a few things like the ebay app and a couple games.

Sounds like DT Ignite is the one installing the apps. I didn't have any new apps after the update. But a few were enabled that I had disabled. DT Ignite was enabled.
