You Tube Reloading

I just got my note 2 today, and I noticed when I held down the home button to bring up the recent opened apps that you tube would reload from the beginning and not continue playing from where it left off.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm surprised no one has said nothing about this. If I would have known that the phone could not multi task, and has the same issue as the HTC One X then I would have not bought the phone.
