YouMail not compatible with Lollipop - com.sec.imsservice has stopped appers every five seconds

Phone has been factory reset twice with no change. Removed YouMail but would like to get it back. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have, an S5? Not sure if you posted elsewhere, but I did see another thread about this error message on the S5 after the Lollipop update. It might not be related to YouMail.

I had the same problem on Note 4 with lollipop right after I installed youmail. Uninstalled youmail killed all process hard booted and it stopped.

I have youmail too, that is not the problem. To get rid of this annoying pop up you need to start your phone in safe mode, turn your phone off, turn back on after one minute, when you see the Samsung logo as your phone restarts press down on the volume key, you should now see safe mode on bottom left, go to settings, applications, application manager then all applications, go to contacts and clear the cache, then scroll down to com.sec.imsservice, clear that cache, now back out to your regular screen and restart out oF safe mode. It works, good luck.
