So the Droid has been out for one week... the Market nearly doubled in a week.... lets see what you are using... Ill go first.
1. Google Sky Map (go outside at night and look up, open this app!!)
2. Handcent SMS (awesome replacement for text messaging, converts voice to text)
3. Ringdroid (lets you select certain parts of audio files and lets you use them in notifications, alarms, rings, etc)
4. PicSay (great photo editor, multitouch enabled)
5. %Advanced Task Killer (process killer, just in case)
6. aTrackDog (tracks application updates)
7. Astro file manager (super handy! get it)
8. Where (local gas prices, restaurants, info, etc. good for on the go)
9. Background (tons of nice high res backgrounds)
10. *Flexilis(Anti-Virus/backup/device finder)
bonus. Ring Extended worth mentioning... (gives you better control of your ringtone/notifications.)
*So far there has been no proof we even need an AV.. but with the Open nature of the OS... I'm gonna try it. OH and the device finder doesnt work yet... but the backup feature is quite useful.
%Not much of a need to clear out processes as the Android OS automatically prioritizes processes... plus some apps need other apps to run, its best to just let it go...
I'm open for suggestions though.. looking for a good replacement camera!
