Youtube app issues

Basically I always get the no connection on the app. My girl gets the same on her Hero. Anyone else suffering from this problem?

Add me to the list as well. I have been getting the same since last Friday. Thought it was something I did. So now I'm forced to go through the web to do YouTube.

I posted about this earlier. The widget don't work at all, the app nearly always gives the can't play video error. Only the web works, and that is usually only 60% of the time.

Same here. I sent and email to HTC about this and 2 other issues, and here is the response I recieved today:

"I understand the issues you are having with your EVO and some applications that are not working the same as before the update. I am aware of all of the issues listed and will say that usually after an update if a customer has issues it will be one of these issues listed. All 3 issues are due to have a hot fix released for them and will probably all come at the same time as an OTA update. I do not have an exact date for the release of the update for the device but I have heard that the update will be coming pretty soon may next couple of weeks to a month."

I use the web based YouTube. 2.1 and 2.2 have always given me problems.
