YouTube is locking up & browser having a tough time loading

Recently my Xoom has had some connectivity issues which suddenly appeared from nowhere. YouTube video hang until a message comes up to force close the program. And the browser is having a tough time loading web pages, they take quite awhile to load. Some pages wont load.

I tried getting the app, Advanced Task Killer which I am not certain if it is even helping considering the problem persists.

Anyone have advice? Thanks in advance.
