YouTube is not working on my Galaxy S3

On my Samsung Galaxy S3 on Android version 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, Youtube will not work whether connected to Wifi or using mobile data. Can you tell me a way to fix it? I really don't want to factory reset my phone.

did you try to uninstall and install youtube first? I have 3 s3 phones and I have no problem.
