Youtube Issues

I am an avid watcher of YouTube but the past two days the app has been driving me crazy! I use the WebDock with my HDTV and for some reason it is constantly buffering even on 4G! I can look at the little up and down arrows that show if data is being transferred and it shows nothing like the radio is idling during playback and then once it hits a point where it runs of pre buffered content it stops, the arrows light up and about a minute later the show resumes only to stop again in 30 seconds or so. I am kinda lost here because I don't know if its the App or my phone because today when I went out shopping my phone REFUSED to get any data service. I went into the settings then more, then mobile networks then signal strength and it would show it had 96db of 4G and 94 of 3G but yet the notification bar had no 3G or 4G indicators and the browser, Facebook or any other app said connection timed out. I turned on and off airplane mode, restarted at least 5 times, the whole 9 yards but still nothing but miraculously about 30 minutes after letting the device idle it decided to work and has been working since. I don't know what was up but its making me mad because I have been through 7 HTC devices since the first of the year for this exact reason (no data service) and the rep at Verizon said since this is a Motorola phone I shouldn't have any issues signal wise!
 
sounds like maybe something to do with your Verizon account. i would get the reps to dig deep and see if any restrictions were accidentally put in place. had a similar issue when setting up a new device, somehow usage controls were enabled for that device and i couldn't even get a signal to activate the device when it came in the mail.
