YouTube issues

Hey guys I have a slight issue. I have been noticing that YouTube videos will freeze with the audio still going and I cannot get them to continue playing. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

I've seen this mentioned before, but can't remember if there's a specific solution. Have you already gone to the App Manager, selected YouTube, and Cleared Cache/Data?

Also, are you on T-Mobile, with Binge On turned on?

I have not done that bit will try it. Not on T-mobile, but AT&T. T-mobile doesn't work well at all near me

Also make sure your Android System Webview app is up to date.

Same thing happens to me. I haven't found a solution. I'm on Verizon. The videos always seem out of sync.

The "fix" for this is to force 1080p (or lower). The issue only happens on 4K/2160P videos, and seems to happen after more than 30sec of video playback. I'm interested to see if the update I received from T-Mobile this morning corrects this issue.
