YouTube Kids APK uninstalling by it self, when not available in my country.

Hello.
I got S9+.
I live in a country where YouTube Kids are not available.
I downloaded APK file and installed it. Every thing works fine.
But after some time, like half an hour / 1 hour it disappears.
It looks like it is automatically uninstalled.
I can install it again, but it is uninstalled again.

Any one know if there is any security settings tha I am now aware of?

Do you have your update setting in the Play Store turned on? If so then maybe shut it off and see?

Settings, lock screen and security, google play protect
And disable both

I have the same problem with my asus tablet, it is not seen in the list of apps, although it was installed correctly. in the amazon tablet fire works well always, regardless of the update.
