YouTube mobile app not working on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge?

Ok so I have been using this phone for around a month now and every time I use the YouTube app many times the video will stop with a message saying that an error has occurred. I tried clearing my cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it didn't seem to work...any suggestions?:-

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact error message? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?
