YouTube not showing HD?

I have a Verizon G3 with YouTube version 5.10.3.5 installed. I just noticed that all of a sudden it no longer offers me the option to stream in 1080p or 1440p. These are videos I know for a fact were previously able to stream at that resolution before. It tops out at 720p for all videos. Any idea what's going on? I have the Adaway module installed from Xposed. Do you think that might be interfering? Thanks in advance.

I got multiple phone with the same issue. It must be the youtube version. They need to hurry up and fix it

OP: Now that you come to mention it, I haven't noticed anything higher than the 720p option of late. In the past I have had the 1080p option. I'm on YouTube version 5.10.3.5.
Using an unlocked D855-EUR.

Same here. Will going into system settings - applications - Sort by all - YouTube - uninstall updates work? Anyone test that?

I uninstalled the "update" , but then it went back to these options for playback quality. *sigh*>>

Same on my Note 3 -- it is something YouTube did.

Yeah it appears to be an app issue, not something with our phone. Kinda sucks since it was really nice showing off 1440p on our phones. I'm going to go and rate the YouTube app a 1 star until they fix it. I suggest you do the same. They won't be motivating to do anything about it unless people complain.
