youtube only works on 3g and wifi.

Hi,
I used to be able to watch youtube videos on 4g just fine, then out of nowhere it keeps telling me "sorry, this video cannot be played". But if i switch to wifi or turn 4g off to use 3g it works just fine. I haven't rooted my phone or got any custom roms. Its all bone stock. I did try firefox, dolphin, and the regular internet app. All the same result. Also the youtube app doesnt work on 4g (only wifi or 3g). I have also tried to update flash player and reinstall youtube app and cleared all cache,history and whatnot. The last thing i want to do is to restore my phone to factory settings, especially since i have the feeling it won't work.

Oh man, that has got to be frustrating! I wish I could help you, but it looks like you've done everything I would suggest to someone. Well, ok, there is one more thing you can try. For giggles, have you tried completely shutting down your phone and doing a battery pull? Believe it or not, just doing that will fix a lot of things. If I think of something else I will post. yeah i just now tried that, still the same its so weird i dont understand. Thanks for the suggestion though. My wife has the same phone, and for some reason she has the exact same problem....wtf.

I recently upgraded to the Evo 3d, and I noticed I was having the same problem. I then update data profile and was still having the same problem. I then called Sprint technical support - and told them about the issue I was having... they refreshed my data connection (4G) and its been working fine thus far. You should contact Sprint for some assistance.

Ps. Resetting the device in this case won't fix the problem. I know... I tried.
