YouTube out of sync fixes?

[AC Question]

I have just upgraded to the s8+, and whenever I switch from YouTube to another app and then back, the video will be out of sync. I have youtube red and I think it could be because of the background play, but I wanted to see if there was a way to fix this. Also, YouTube will occasionally expand the video to fit the s8+'s screen without me asking it to. Is there a way to stop this from happening aswell? Thanks!

Hey before you do what I just posted, I recalled something.
Try going into settings
Application manager
Running applications
YouTube
Force stop
Clear cache

Try that first
