On my brand new s10e youtube is an app I like to spend my time on, however the app like to pause and buffer every few seconds if I am on 720p60 or higher. im on wifi with full bars and my data is by no means slow. If anybody knows a fix for this I would greatly appreciate it. I can't seem to find this problem anywhere else.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this your own wi-fi network, or a public network? Full bars doesn't necessarily mean fast download speeds. If the network is set up to throttle certain sites, that could be part of the problem.

It is in fact my own. In fact even when I use my own data it happens.

Post a screenshot of a speedtest.Net test, let us judge if your internet is "by no means slow".

Can also try clearing cache, data, force stop YouTube app

Your ISP. Your router. Speedtest to various locations.

I can get 240Mb/sec but other times 24Mb or less. I think one neighbor's system could be to blame.

I get relief turning airplane on, then toggle wifi back on. Or just toggle wifi off/on. Put an "ax" wifi6 router on my network which helps also. The S10 supports ax.

I wish wifi was consistent, but that rarely happens.
