Youtube stop loading

Youtube stops loading any video about a third of the way in the video. I cleared the cache and that worked for the very next video but now the problem is back. This happens with the app and the website. Suggestions?

I don't have any suggestions, but I'm getting the same thing with the Dolphin browser. I have tried everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling the browser and I am still unable to watch YouTube videos. This just started happening about 2 weeks ago or so.

It happens in every browser I have tried. It also happens within apps that use Youtube!
