This was supposed to be an alternative to high priced cable/satellite providers and now they're priced right up there with them

The cost to watch TV is getting ridiculous! Especially if you're a sports fan ... Seems like you need 801019 streaming services to watch "your" team(s) nowadays. And even then you may be SOL thanks to blackout restrictions.

This is absolute BS. YouTube is worth multibillions, and they are scamming people out of money left and right. Time for YouTube to lose customers and pay the price!

In this case, I think the real scammers are the networks. The networks keep nickel and diming the providers to include their channel(s) ... it's common business practice to pass increased costs the provider incurs on to the customer. (That's not to say the providers are innocent in all this)

I knew this would happen eventually. Most of the streaming services that include the channels are nearly the same price.

The latest trend is free TV streaming like Pluto, Tubi, Roku, Plex, Google TV (with tons of commercials) etc, and rabbit ears.

Samsung TV plus just inked a deal with David Letterman to show exclusive content from his library.
