Youtube "Unable to retrieve account information"

When I try to upload videos to YouTube I get that error everytime. Even though I'm already logged in. Any tips?

Nobody else has had this issue? I tried again today after logging out and back in and it still IMMEDIATELY says "unable to retrieve account information" as soon as I hit "upload". I know that i'm already logged in, it shows my login info.

i know I linked up my youtube account with my gmail account.. once doing so I was logged out on my phone and had to re log in to youtube with my gmail password and it worked. give that a try if you havent already
