youtube unwatchable on AT&T Note

Since the ICS update a couple weeks ago, I am unable to watch my HD youtube vids without buffering like crazy. It's unwatchable. 10 -20 seconds of buffering for 5 seconds of video. Especially over wifi. I have a 30X5 wireless N-only connection. The only 2 devices connected are my wife's Samsung Skyrocket and my Note. I have tried watching them over 4G LTE (which they just launched in my Greensboro , NC area), and it doesn't buffer; but it isn't crystal clear, either.

2 things have changed recently: the ICS update, and 4g LTE launching in my area. All in the same month.

I bought this phone because I use my phone as a tablet, so I'm thoroughly aggravated.

Anyone experiencing similar issues? Is it a youtube thing? I have moved my wireless to a better area of the house; it doesn't matter if I'm sitting on top of it: same thing happens. I have swapped the modem; same thing. The issue is that it did not do this a couple weeks ago.

Thanks.

Youtube works fine for me, maybe try clearing data in the youtube app

Go into the YouTube app, hit your menu button, go to "Settings," then "General." As for your video quality issue, is "High quality on mobile" selected? If not, select it. Hit the back button. Click "preloading." Is it enabled? If not, enable it.
