YouTube won't play in 1080P 60fps on the Note 9

Hello my name is tomer and i use the new Galaxy Note 9

So I went into a video on youtube (the video was with 1080p60) and noticed that I wanted to change the quality of the video and I can not play (1080p60) just the normal 1080 in every video please help me to fix that Thanks

Have you gone through your playback settings? You may need to configure your new device a bit.
