Is anyone having issues with youtube? Wife cant get some of her music videos to play saying "not available on mobile"

Also, does anyone know how to review an app in the market on the tab?

YouTube has lot of videos "not available for mobile " or "not available in your country. "

It's not the app or your device, it's youtube. I am not sure whether YouTube determines what videos are available on mobile or the uploader does.
