Z Force battery drain, freezing & shutting off

I am having nothing but problems with my Z Force. It constantly shuts off for no reason, the battery will go to nothing in a matter of minutes (Example...just at 46% and went to nothing in minutes). I am constantly rebooting it and have to charge it several times a day. I have only had it a year. This morning the time was off by 10 min. & I had to restart it to correct it. It is an absolute useless phone unless I have battery power packs or am near a charger. Help!
