z force battery drain, shutting off,

This is the worst phone I have ever owned. Battery drain is ridiculous. It shuts off randomly even when I have 30% ( or other levels besides 0) battery left. I go to pick it up and it will randomly be off. It freezes all the time. Tried battery calibration. Tried hard reset, tried safe mode, tried clear cache. Nothing works. I know it's not just my phone as I see others with the same problem. Any other advice besides smashing it?

So what phone do you have? I'm guessing not a Razor Maxx.
