Z Phone battery charging very slow and drain very fast even not using.

Dear members

Recently my Xperia Z phone always getting hot at the top back, near the charging port. How to solve this problem?
Further, whenever i charges my phone, it's charging quit very slow charge and took me several hours to 100%. Is the battery have problem and need to change? Can anyone help me on my problem...appreciate and thanks.

It has to be the battery problem. Your using it for how long..? 2 years maybe. The battery must have worn out. That's why it's taking it long to charge also.

Yes...it's almost 2 years. Should i change the battery? Before changing, do i need to do back-up...
