Z1 Waterproof Question

If the Z1 is waterproof,then my question is,why the head phone jack doesn't have a "plug"?Or am I missing something?Thanks in advance!

Believe it or not its still waterproof. It does NOT need one.

And you will see how the headphone jack waterproof, there seems is a sealed box around the headphone jack.
