Z2 speaker

I love my phone but my speaker isn't all that loud even with me adjust G the settings.
My fiance 5s is louder. Did I get a lemon speaker?

I don't think that it's the loudest speakers from what I have read. Until mine turns up, I won't know for sure. Still, everyone raved about the HTC One M7's volume, and I will admit that at first I was pretty impressed with my M7s volume too. But, over the last 12 months. it has got quieter and quieter. My friend has a Moto-G and it is far louder than my HTC One, although not as nice sounding. Volume is stil rubbish though.
I will compare Z2 with HTC One M7 when my Z2 arrives! (come on O2!)

Mine are not so loud. I think that's just the way it is I'm afraid. They sound good in stereo but just not loud enough.

Not sure if your Z2 has the same sound options as the z1s? But my volume was really soft too.
I found out that I needed to
Check the box on the "Clear Audio +"
And " Dynamic Normalizer"
Goto
Settings-Sound-Sound Effects

The volume got boosted at least 100% and the quality sounded much better. My volume is very very loud now. Louder than my HTC one with boom sound Imo.
