could someone post Z4root and maybe some simple instructions for a noob. Can't find it here and not sure which is the right version for my Droid X

That's a link to my dropbox with the file. Its easy. Install it. Click on temporary root or permanent root and just wait for it to finish and reboot. If it seems to hang when you do it, reboot the phone and try again.
