Zagg Screen Protectors

Has anyone actually received their invisibleshield? I ordered mine a while ago and still haven't heard anything from Zagg (other than the initial email response to the order)

I ordered Two with the buy one get one on the 19th. Haven't heard anything back from them since that. My order is still "in process". If it doesn't ship on Monday (estimated date was the 26th) then I will be calling.

Ordered still haven't received I think there order processing is almost as bad as the Nexus 7 from the play store.

No, not that bad. I pre-ordered on July 16, it shipped on July 23 (when they said it would) and had it on July 26.
Figure they're getting a huge amount of web orders and are trying to get them out for retail.

And... their customer service just straight up lied to me (after I emailed them) - said that it shipped on the 26th and that I received an email about it... I checked the website (for my account) and it said that it ships today and still no email.

I got the two I ordered last week. Both came with "spots" in them from where the installation fluid pressed up against the shields in the package. I wrote them and they are sending me two more. I suggested a stronger outer packaging than the bubble mailer they were delivered in.

Mine came in a tube, no retail packaging since I pre-ordered. It was rolled up, so I flattened it out before I put it on.

Mine came in the flat cardboard envelope like you see at retail for iPads. The spray bottle for the installation fluid pinched both of the screen protectors. The "ding" has healed a little bit in the week since installation, but you can still see it. They are only sending me one replacement though, even though both of the two I ordered were damaged.

They are little too tacky for my taste but it's something I can deal with. Very slight orange peel effect is apparent under light. The size of the shield is perfect, covering almost the entire screen perfectly (this did make installation difficult, however.) Also, I ordered with the BOGO deal, and one came with spots on it like a previous user had mentioned ^^^. I didn't notice until it was on the 7 at which point I had to start over with the second protector. Did not bother contacting customer support as this second one fits perfectly.

Zagg is the only company I've ever ordered from where they (for some reason) didn't ship what I ordered and it was a huge pain to get them to even acknowledge me after the fact. Never again.
