Zedge Not Working On S9 Plus

Why can't I use different ringtones & notification tones for individual contacts on the S9 Plus? I want to use Zedge. There isn't even a notification option under each contact. I need different ringers for work. Someone please help.

I don't remember the sequence or how I did it, right now, but I used Zedge on my S9+ to have specify ring tones for specific contacts. Worked for me.
