Zedge Ringtone Removal

I got a ringtone off of the Zedge app and wanna get rid of it completely...

I deleted the audio file from the Zedge directory by using OI File Browser, but it still shows up in the system ringtone chooser (as in the one that ships with the phone).

Is there any way to completely remove it? Is there a config file or something that needs to be edited? Am I just gonna have to deal with having a broken link in my ringtone list? HELP!

Some cool tones on there but I had to reformat my Blackberry once because of some Zedge files.

Technically, with Lookout mobile security on a Linux-based platform... shouldn't I be okay?

Can't you just download the files to your PC as an MP3 and transfer to your device? At least, that is what I have done a few times.
