Yes and yes. SIM 2 doesn't have high speed data, 2G only but both can be used or turned off if needed.

Cool. thanks. I may run my new business phone on sim 2. I don't need any data etc as it all runs off Sim 1. Sounds like exactly what I need.

Yes you can as it comes with dual standy by mode. Make sure you check the setting from the support website for more info
