Where there is a PDF Version English User Manual
On official website does not exist. I sent a request on which I have not received a reply

I'm disappointed with support of ASUS, selling something for which there is no manual

Thank you, but on the official website does not exist an English version

asus.com/us/Phones/ZenFone_2_ZE551ML/HelpDesk_Manual/ there are French, Italian, German ......but not ENGLISH

Did you get it from Asus US or did you get an imported version? Because mine came with a user guide pamphlet with a dozen languages on it and three copies of full user manual in English, Spanish, and God knows what that is.

I don't understand. I can download it from the website without any problems. What do you mean by it's not on the official ASUS website?

The one on the Asus website in english is only a two page quick start guide. The link posted by jpr near the top of this thread takes you to the full 160 page english manual.
