Zenpad 10 problem

I have a problem with my Zenpad. So, the first thing happened when I tried to unlock the screen, the screen went black. If I pressed the power button, it would show me the unlock screen again, and when I swiped my finger to unlock it, the screen went yet again, black. So, I tried a hard reset using the volume up+power buttons, wiped all data, and now, just when it boots up(after the asus welcome logo), the screen goes black. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Does it go completely black, or does it just dim severely? If it dims a lot, I'd wonder if there's something wrong with the ambient light sensor, which might think it's really dark in the room, and therefore cause the screen to dim excessively.

Does this happen in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
