Zenwatch Relaxation measure in Wellness app

Does anyone know what the relaxation numbers mean? Are high numbers good and low numbers an indication of stress?

Also, does this feature work consistently for other people? Sometimes it takes me 4 or 5 tries to get a measurement.

I figure it's just a gimic feature, but I might as well try it for a while.
