Zerolemon battery

Ok. So I bought a zerolemon extended battery last December for my Note 4. It worked pretty good at first, then I started having issues. The phone would freeze everytime I used the camera. It would also randomly freeze other times. I could only get the phone working by removing the battery or plugging it in to the charger. I went back to the stock battery. The zerolemon also never was able to calibrate. I did everything the instructions said. Has anyone else had any problems? Also, I noticed they aren't selling it anymore and they've removed any post on Facebook about it. I emailed them, hopefully they'll reply.

So, I emailed for an exchange and they keep giving me the runaround. There's an option for them to send a prepaid label via email and all they send is a form to fill out to put inside the return package. Anyone have problems dealing with them?
