ZF7 Delivery Thread

I'm still holding strong with my August 5th date and preorder status with a cancel button . I'm loving seeing all of the pics and how happy folks are so far but I'm getting antsy for mine to arrive lol. I also ordered a watch ultra with the buds promo and that's has August 22nd for the delivery. Couldn't pass the deal up trading in my current ultra even though the watches are basically the same.

Okay, was delivered on time. Funny story.

My wife wasn't feeling good Friday evening. We decided to order out.

As I was pulling out of the driveway, up pulls the UPS truck. Just my luck!!

Wife accepted the package as I was driving away. I grabbed the food and, patiently, ate dinner with the package on the table.

The whole time my wife was snickering, KNOWING, that all I wanted to do was rip the box open and start playing with my new phone.

I defied her ribbing and finished dinner, washed the dishes, THEN, I ripped it open and saw my new Fold 7.

LOVE THIS PHONE!!!

I had had a Fold 3 and Fold 4, loved them, bit this thing just blows them all away!!

Me, when I was backing out the driveway and seen the UPS truck dropping the phone off, I would have pulled back into the garage and said delivery it is. Lol

Fun question..why is it called a driveway, we aren't driving on it, we are parking on it...so why isn't it called a parkway.

I'm so unfortunate this time, things aren't going well, I paid the highest price like a fool, only to realize a day later that the price have dropped, and now Samsung couldn't afford to ship the most expensive phone via air so they sent via ground, got the shipping notification Monday that I will get it today, then it changed to Friday, but they have not updated anything since, so I highly doubt I'll get it by tomorrow...

Samsung if you read here, I'm disappointed and frustrated

There is plenty Samsung is doing that's very frustrating this time. I too paid the full price and then had no idea the price had gone down. I've already gotten the phone so no chance of having any price adjustment now. I called the other day to ask if I could return the case (since it has no top, only a bottom) and was promised a $106 refund (crazy) even got the email to prove that but 2 hours later after not immediately doing the survey for the rep I get a phone call while I'm sitting down to dinner from another rep telling me to hurry up and do the survey so the 1st rep could get a PROMOTION. Omg it was so crazy. All I could do at the time was laugh as I realize there would be no refund, just Samsung employees scheming to get surveys lol. Ugh it's very frustrating! So now they've approved to give me a voucher for a new case. But all of the Samsung cases have NO TOP. So rediculous. It's a beautiful device and I like it but this whole thing has definitely disappointed me. Just really poor customer service!

I ordered this over the weekend at the AT&T store. Going from a S24U, had notes going back to the Note 4.

I got the UPS tracking # and have been spamming it nonstop. They have the label, but no device yet. Then I see this article.

That was in London. So that shouldn't affect Florida. I haven't looked forward to a new phone like this in some time. I hope I dont miss the S pen too much.

I hate waiting. Ordered Saturday at AT&T store. Label was printed Sunday morning and no change since.

Been looking at cases and watching YouTube videos of the Z fold 7. Then back to UPS.

I hate waiting.

With boss' ok got a Fold 7 through and our Verizon rep. Just came in today. I can't toss my personal AT&T sim in it for a couple of months but I can still play with it.

Verizon is working on changing that 60 unlock policy to when it's paid off. They have to get FCC approval as that was a condition for buying spectrum or something. You should be fine since it hasn't been changed yet.
