I am having issues with people being able to hear me during calls and text to speech sometimes does not hear me as well. Not all the time and Not every call but when it happens no one can hear me.
The phone works fine with a headset.
I was advised by tracfone customer service to factory reboot. The last time I did this (and it did not correct the problem) it was 4 days and multiple Customer service calls to even get the phone back up.
Any Suggestions? :-\
