ZTE Avid TouchScreen Unresponsive

I need help. I own a ZTE Avid 4G From MetroPCS. Recently the touchscreen has been unresponsive:'(. I switched the LCD Digitizer and the black screen under the Digitizer but nothing has worked. I dont want to do a factory reset because i have some stuff saved that when i do a factory reset.......will be resetting (Examples: Kik...NotePad....Gmail Accounts..etc.) and I really dont want to take it to a repair center. My reasoning: My wallpaper changed itself to a bit embarrasing wallpaper so ya :-\..... I need to know what I can do to fix this phone.Oh and I cant take it to MetroPCS for a new backup because i didnt get a replacement contract Im also planning of getting a LG Stylo this week from BoostMobile (Can you tell me what you think of that phone too?)[//FONT]

Welcome to Android Central! Moved this to the ZTE forum. Your only options are to try replacing the digitizer again, or bite the bullet and bring it to a repair shop (one where the technicians are hopefully nonjudgmental ).
