zte citrine lte

i have a zte Citrine lte that i'm having a couple problems with.. one is my keyboard has disappeared i only have ok google and its hard to write text messages with that. 2, it has gone black and white, and 3 downloaded a touch keyboard from google play but i can't set it up.. any one that can help it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Are you saying that whenever you tap a text entry field, the only thing that comes up is the Google speech-to-text entry?

For the black and white issue, first make sure that no power-saving modes are on. Second, go to Settings>Display or Settings>Accessibility and see if there is a grey-scale mode.

For the 3rd party keyboard issue -- go to Settings>Language & Input>Default Keyboard​. Do you have the option there to choose the 3rd party keyboard you just installed?
