ZTE Sequence Hacked??

I recently reset the ZTE several times using Master Reset and Hard Reset. I have NOT signed into any email account and NOT into my Google account, WIFI is off, Optimizer is not activated, and 3G bars are not showing connected. Incoming and outgoing calls function properly, Search works, and so has Navigation. I believe the internal programming has been changed. I know enough to know that is is possible to change the programming, but I do not have the knowledge how to access the programming or how it should be written.

I just tried going to a web page that offered download for antivirus apps and it was blocked. Search works fine as along as it has nothing to do with downloading apps for security. Can you help?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but can you clarify--is the phone the ZTE Warp Sequent?

What makes you think the internal programming has been changed? Can you describe more of what's making you suspicious? And what antivirus webpage did you try to visit? There are a lot of shady companies that offer "antivirus apps" that are actually malicious themselves, so it's possible that the site you tried to visit was blocked by Google themselves.
