I have the zte warp and want to tether to laptop,( internet) Do I use a app, blutooth, or how do I make my phone a wifi hot spot? If anyone knows. Please leave coment.

My dad had same question and wanted to use it for his personal computer. I searched the same option for him on his phone and I did not get it. I hope this device is unable to use as wi-fi hotspot.
