I have same phone. Its Android 4.3. I'm kinda thread jump in, and apologize. I get messages that says the com.Android.system is not working. Phone freezes until I have pushed okay, then freezes with same message. Reset #3 seems to have the best results. As long as I ke ep phone on. It is a Google platform, phone is not functioning.Thank you... :'(
